At A2zee, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a refund.

  • Food and Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of food and perishable goods, we cannot offer a refund once the product has been delivered and accepted. If the food is spoiled or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • Non-Food Items: For non-food items, a full refund will be issued if the product is returned in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@a2zee.online. Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will process your refund within 7 business days after approval.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. In some cases, a store credit may be issued instead of a cash refund, at the discretion of A2zee.
